ORDlNANCE NO. 106-M
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF
A PORTION OF BROOME STREET TO EMERALD LAKES STREET
DESCRIBED HEREIN, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 to
23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
That portion of Broome Street lying West of 12th Street within the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, according to the Official Map of the City of Clermont,
recorded in Official Records Book 8, pages 17 to 23, inclusive, Public Records of
Lake County Florida, is hereby changed to Emerald Lakes Street.
SECTION II.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION III.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become
law and shall take effect immediately from the date of its Second Reading and
Final Passage.
