Whereas, the City of Clermont recognizes Boy Scout Parker Hollerand from Troop
784 for his exceptional efforts and completion of all the requirements for Scouting's
highest rank; and
Whereas, the final requirement is a community service project demonstrating
leadership, planning, organizing and leading a group to raise money for the project; and
Whereas, Parker planned, budgeted, and raised money for a nonprofits vending cart
at the City of Clermont's Lake Hiawatha Preserve; and
Whereas, his project was completed on January 5, 2017; and
'Whereas, we commend Parker on his Eagle Scout project and his contributions to
our community;
Now, Therefore, I, Gail L. Ash, by virtue of the authority vested in me as
Mayor of the City of Clermont in the State of Florida, do hereby recognize and
congratulate

for this outstanding accomplishment and extending to him our deepest appreciation for all
of his dedicated work and wishing him the best in all of his future endeavors.
