Whereas, Boy Scout Jakob Alexander Miller-Ulrich from Troop 784 has
completed all the requirements for Scouting's highest rank; and
Whereas, the final requirement is a community service project
demonstrating leadership, planning, organizing and leading a group to raise money for
the project; and
Whereas, Jakob completed his project with a donation of over 2,000 items
for the South Lake.Animal League; and
;Now, Therefore, I, Gail L. Ash, by virtue of the authority vested in me
as Mayor of the City of Clermont in the State of Florida, do hereby recognize and
congratulate
