ORDINANCE NO. 102-M
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING AN EASE-
MENT OVER A PORTION OF BOWMAN STREET DESCRIBED HEREIN,
ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 to 23 INCLUSIVE,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
,.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
That easement over a portion of Bowman Street located within the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, as hereinafter described, which was reserved unto
the City of Ordinance No. 97-M, recorded in Official Records Book 630, page 2391,
Public Records of Lake County, Florida, is hereby permanently abandoned:
All that portion of Bowman Street bounded on the North by the South
right-of-way line of Highland Avenue, and bounded on the Couth by
the North right-of-way line of State Road 50, according to the Official
Map of the City of Clermont as recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to
23 inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.

SECTION II.
This closing is done pursuant to;the authority of the Charter of the City of
, Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State of florIda.
SECTION III.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become
law and shall take effect immediately from the date of its Second Reading and Final
Passage.
