ORDINANCE NO. 100-M
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING
AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING A PORTION OF MAGNOLIA
STREET DESCRIBED HEREIN, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL
MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
8, PAGES 17 TO 23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH: PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY: PRO-
VIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE: AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT:
SECTION I.
That portion of Magnolia Street located within the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, as hereinafter described, is hereby closed
and permanently abandoned;
All that portion of Magnolia Street bounded on the East
by the West right-of-way line of Fourth Street and
bounded on the West by the East right-of-way line of
Fifth Street according to the Official Map of the City
of Clermont, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 8, pages 17 to 23, inclusive, Public Records
of Lake County, Florida.
SECTION II.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the
Charter of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws

SECTION III.
are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV.
Should any section or part of this section be declared in-
valid by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not
apply or, affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent
that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning
and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
