AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING A PORTION
OF DREW AVENUE, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1. That portion of Drew Avenue located within the City of Clermont
Lake County, Florida, as hereinafter described, is hereby closed and permanently
- ifbandoned: -
All that portion of Drew Avenue bounded on the South by the follow-
ing described line: Begin at the SW corner of Lot 14, Block Q,
according to the Official Map of the City of Clermont, recorded
in Plat Book 8, pages 17-23 inclusive, Public Records of Lake
County, Florida; run thence Westerly to the SE corner of Lot 1,
Block 8, Sunnyside Unit according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 8, pages 66 and 67, Public Records of Lake County, Florida:
and bounded on the N by the following described line: Begin at the
intersection of the N right-of-way line of Broome Street and West
right-of-way line of Drew Avenue and run Northerly along the West
right-of-way line of Drew Avenue 110.27 feet for a point of beginning
of said line; thence run South 870 47' 18" East to the Easterly
right-of-way line of Drew Avenue.
SECTION 2. This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter
of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State
