AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF WEST
LAKE AVENUE, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, RECOROED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 TO 23, INCLUSIVE,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO ELEVENTH STREET:
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.

West Lake Avenue, a street according to the Offical Map of the City
of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to 23, inclusive, Public Records
of Lake County, Florida, is hereby renamed Eleventh Street.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted and published as provided by law and
it shall become law and take effect ti:1Ji'r1ty (30) days from the date of its second
reading and final passage.
