AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF COOPER'S
LANE, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 TO 23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO SCHOOL STREET; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE: AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
Cooper's Lane, a street according to the Official Map of the City
of Clermont, recorded in P1ât Book 8, pages 17 to 23, inclusive, Public Records
of Lake County, Florida, is hereby renamed School Street.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted and published as provided by law and
it shall become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its second
reading and final passage.
