AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF
WOODLAND AVENUE, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 TO
23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA TO
SHADY NOOK DRIVE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVI-
DING FOR PUBLICATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
Woodland Avenue, a street according to the Official Map of the City
of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to 23, inclusive, Public Records
of Lake County, Florida, is hereby renamed Shady Nook Drive.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted and published as provided by law and
it shall become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its second
reading and final passage.
