ORDINANCES ORDINANCE NO. 77-M N~ 255 AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 76-M, ADOPTING THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-76; AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DISBURBlIMEN'JE CONTAINED THEREIN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT; SECTION 1.. It is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are required for the water and sewer operations of the government of said City for the fiscal year of October 1, 1975 to September 30, 1976, inclusive.
