AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMAN~
ENTLY ABANDONING JUNIATA STREET BETWEEN THE EASTERLY
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SECOND STREET AND THE WESTERLY
RIGHt-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST AVENUE, AS SHOWN ON THE
OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 8, PAGES 17 THROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~TY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
That portion of Juniata Street lying between the easterly right-of-way
line of Second Street and the westerly right-of-way line of East Avenue, as shown
on the Officical Map of the City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17
through 23, inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, be and the same is
hereby/closed and permanently abandoned;
SECTION 2.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall be-
come law and take effect thrity (30) days from the date of its Second Reading and
