ORDINANCES ORDINANCE NO. 66-M N~ 221 AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75; AUTHOR- IZING.. RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED THERE- IN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT: SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are required for the water and sewer operations of the government of said City for the fiscal year of October 1,1974 to September 3D, 1975, inclusive. MISC. ORDINANCES ORDINANCE NO. 66-M N~ 224 SECTION 2. repea 1 ed. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby SECTION 3. Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its Second Reading and Final Passage.
