ORDINANCE NO. 61-M
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY
ABANDONING A PORTION OF CRYSTAL LAKE DRIVE DESCRIBED HEREIN,
ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17-23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
Lake County,
That portion of Crystal Lake Drive located within the City of Clermont, :-

That portion of Crystal Lake Drive being bounded on the
North by a line extending from the Northeast corner of
Block 20 due Westerly direction to the water's edge of
Crystal lake and being bounded on the South by the exten-
sion of the Northern right-of-way line of Juniata Street
from a point on the Southwest corner of Block 20 to the
water's edge and also that part of Crystal lake Drive being
bounded on the North by the extension of the Southerly
right-of-way line of Juniata Street from a point on the
Northwest corner of lot 7 in Block 19 to the water's edge of
Crystal lake and being bounded on the South by the extension
of the Northerly right-of-way line of Broome Street from a
point on the Southwest corner of lot 11 in Block 19 to the
water's edge of Crystal Lake.

SECTION 2.
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the
City of Clermont. lake County, Florida, and the general laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall be posted and published as provided by law and it
shall become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its second and final
passage.
First Reading this 23rd day of July, A. D. 1974.
Second Reading this 13th day of August, A. D. 1974.
