AN ORDINANCE UNDER ,THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLOIRDA RE-ADOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 106 AND ORDAINING
THE SAME TO BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FOR THE ENSUING FISCAL YEAR.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1:
1. That Ordinance No. 106 and its amendments
are hereby re-adopted for the fiscal year beginning October
1,1972. A copy of said ordinances and amendments showing on
record at the City Hall of the City of Clermont.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be law and become effective
as provided by law.
First reading this 12th day of September, 1972.
Second reading thisc2b-@day of September,1972.
