AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF JUNIATA STREET LYING
WEST OF THE WESTERN RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SECOND STREET TO THE WATERS EDGE OF CRYSTAL
LAKE, ALL ACCORDING TO THE'OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 8, PAGES 17 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1.
That portion of Juniata Street lying West of the Western right-of-way
of Second Street to the waters edge of Crystal Lake, all according to the Official
Map of the City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 through 23 inclusive,
Public Records of Lake County, Florida, be and the same is hereby closed and
permanently abandoned.
Section 2
This closing is done pursuant to the authority granted to the City
of Clermont by the General and Special Laws of the State of Florida.
Section 3.
This Ordinance shall become law upon being posted as provided by law,
and shall take effect as provided by law.
First reading this 13th day of June, 1972.
Second reading this 27th day of June, 1972
