AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF BROOME STREET FROM THE
WESTERN RIGHT-OF-WAY OF ANDERSON STREET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 12, BLOCK
5, WOODLAWN SUBDIVISION: AND ALSO, THAT PORTION OF JUNIATA STREET FROM THE WESTERN
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ANDERSON STREET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT6, BLOCK 5,
WOODLAWN SUBDIVISION, ALL ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.

THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1
That portion of Broome Street from the Western right-of-way line
of Anderson Street to the Southwest Corner of Lot 12, Block 5, Woodlawn Subdivision,
and also, that portion of Juniata Street from the Western right-of-way line of Anderson
Street to the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 5, Woodlawn Subdivision, all according
to the Official Map of the City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17
through 23 inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, be and the same is
hereby closed and permanently abandoned.
Section 2
This closing is done pursuant to the authority granted to the City
of Clermont by the General and Special Laws of the State of Florida.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall become law upon being posted as provided by law,
and shall take effect as provided by law.
