AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-M PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF TIME OF
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUBJECT PROJECT UNTIL MAY 5, 1973. ACKNOWLEDGING
RECEIPT OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND EXTENSION UNTIL THAT TIME.
THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, HEREBY
ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1: That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 25-M of the Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended by extending the time of performance
until May 5, 1973.
Section 2: It is hereby acknowledged and made a part of public
records that the surety company, to-wit: INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH
AMERICA, has extended their performance bond to comply with the
said date.
Section 3: That the franchise agreement heretofore entered into
by and between the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA
and the T M COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY is hereby amended to extend the
term of this agreement, as specified in Section 11, of said Ordinance,
for twelve (12) months, for a consideration of Seventy-five and
nol100 ($75.00) dollars per month.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall
become law and shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as
provided by law.
