AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COU~TY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY ABANDONING THAT PORTION
OF JU~IATA STREET EAST OF THE EASTERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF 12TH
STREET AND WEST OF A LINE EXTENDING DUE SOUTH FROM THE SOUTHHEST CORNER
OF BLOCK 112.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1.
That portion of Juniata Street lying East of the Eastern
right of way line of 12th Street and West of a line extending
due South from the South West corner of Block 112 be and the
same is hereby closed and permanently abandoned.
