ORDINANCE NO. 24~M
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED STREET, PARTIALLY SUR-
ROUND LAKE WINONA, ALL ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLER-
MONT, FLORIDA.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1:
That certain portion of an unnamed street which partially surrounds
Lake Winona and which is bounded as follows, to-wit:
All that portion of said unnamed street which lies West of a
line extended due South from Northeast corner of Block 87 to
the waters edge of Lake Winona and which lies East of a line
~ extended due South from the Southwest ¿orner of said Block 87
to a point at which it intersects the extension of the North-
ern right-of-way line of Seminole ~treet and which lies North
of the said extended right-of-way line; said portion and the
same is hereby closed and abandoned forever.
Section 2:
If any article, section, clause or provlslon of this Ordinance
be deemed or held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction for
any reason or cause, the same shall not affect or invalidate the whole
of this Ordinance, nor any part thereof, other than that particular
provision deemed or held invalid.
Section 3:
All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, ln conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 4:
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law
and shall take effect immediatély upon its being posted as provided
by law.
First reading this 14th day of October, 1969.
