ORDINANCE NO. 22-M
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER
A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO JOHN A REYNOLDS AND GERTRUDE D. REYNOLDS, HIS WIFE.
THE CIty 6F e[ERM6Nf. HEREBJ ORDAINS:
Section 1:
That the Mayor of Clermont, DONALD E. SMITH, be and he hereby is
authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed from the City of Clermont to
JOHN A. REYNOLDS AND GERTRUDE D. REYNOLDS, his wife, conveying to them any
interest whatsoever the City may have had, have, or may attain in the
following described real property in Clermont, Lake County, Florida,
to-wi t:
Begin at a point on the SE corner of Lot 1 in Block 126 proceed
due East 17.5 ft., thence North to a point that is due East of
the NE corner of Lot 1, in Block 126, thence West to the NW
corner of said Lot 1 in Block 126 then South along said Lot line
to the Point of Beginning, AND ALSO Lots 2 and 3, in Block 126,
all in Sunset Park, a subdivision of the City of Clermont, Florida,
according to the Official Plat of the City of Clermont, Florida,
recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to 23 inclusive, Public Records
of Lake County, Florida
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized
to attest to said execution.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that said Quit Claim Deed be delivered to
said Grantees on receipt of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00).
Section 2:
This ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law and
shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by law.
First reading this 22nd day of April, 1969.
