AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERNONT,
LAKE COUNTY,FLORIDA, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE PART OF MINNEOLA
LAKE DRIVE LYING BETWEEN THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE
ROAD NO. 561 AND THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE ATLANTIC
COAST LINE RAILROAD:
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
Under Section 38 of the Codified Charter of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, which provides for the opening, alteration,
etc. of streets and highways within the City of Clermont, the fol-
lowing described property shall be, and the same is hereby, for-
ever closed and abandoned:
The part of Minneola Lake Drive lying
between the easterly right-of-way line
of State Road No. 561 and the southerly
right-o-way line of the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON BECOMING
A LAW.
