RESOLUTION NO. 2017-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA RECOMMENDING
APPOINTMENT OF AN ELECTED OFFICIAL TO SERVE THE
REMAINING TERM ON THE LAKE COUNTY TOURISM
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont is the largest municipality in Lake County; and
WHEREAS, as the largest municipality we are required to appoint an elected
official to serve on the Tourism Development Council; and
WHEREAS, the appointment is for the remaining four-year term ending
December 1, 2018;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the Clermont City Council appoints Council
Member Travis to serve on the Tourism Development Council committee.
DONE AND RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida this 14th day of November, 2017.
