On motion made by Councilman WiII8t021 , seconded by
Councilman Olivenbaum , e o avring reso u ion was adopted:
`" ~.~~,5, the City of C1erm~ont and Tac+m of Clermont by and thrcugh the
members of its City Council heretofore issued the following described bonds
which have been heretofore redeemed and canceled by the City of Clermont
since and durin; the issuing of Refunding Bonds of the City of Clermont,
dated July 1939; and,

thereb;,- remov® ar~,r debt or possibility of them getting into the hands of arty
others other than the City of Clermont; therefore,

destroyed by fire in the presence of live councilmen, the City Clerk, and
the Chief of Police, to tivit:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED trat upon the destruction of said bands as her®inbefore
directed that the members of the City Council, City Clerk,L:ayor and Chief of
Police present at the burning of said bonds do certify to sam® on this resolution
and that this resolution be trade a part of the permanent records of the City of
Clermont and that a copy of this resolution be furnished the City r~aaditor for
his records. -
The foregoing resolution was p~:ssed by th® City Council at its regular
meeting held .~pril 6, 1954.
