R-58-063 01369- OR.BOOK 112, PAGE 540 RESOLUTION VACATING STREET WEARAS, petition heretofore filed with the City Commission of Clermont, Florida to vacate a certain street and right-of-way located in the City of Clermont aad more particularly described as follows: That port ion of Lake Drive from the western boundry of Twelfth Street to the west end of Lake Drive as shown on the plat of Indian Hills, Official Map of the City of ClermOlt, as recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to 2:3, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, and WHEREAS, notice of puþlic hearing before the City Commission was publishéd in Clermont ~ress/South Lake, Press a newspaper of general circulation in Lake County, Florida, on 4/10/56-4/17/58-4/24/58-5/1/58, as shown by proof of Publication filed with the petition, and WHEREAS, no one having appeared before the City Commission in opposition to the aforesaid vacating of said street, and the City Commission finding that the vacating of said street and right-of -way will not operate to the deteriment of the City or the general public or the adjacent land owners; ~ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Commis s10n .. of Clermont, Florida does hereby vacate, close and abandon that certain street and right-of-way situated in the City, of Clermont, the same being hereinabove more particularly , 4 described. STOKES, by and through their undersigned attorneys, and petition the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida, to close, vacate and abandon that certain street and roadway situate, lying and being in the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, which is hereinafter more particularly described. 1. Your Petitioners would show that they are the owners in fee simple and are seized and possessed of those certain lots situate in Lake County, Florida, described as: Lots 33 through 38, Lots 98 through 101, Lots 7 and 8, Lots and ~ , and Lots and , INDIAN HiLLS, Official Map of the City of Clermont, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17 to 23, Public Records of Lake County, Florida. That all of said lots abutt upon Lake Drive as setout upon said Plat, and that all of said lots are located West of Twelfth Street as shown on said Plat. 2.
