R E S O L U T I O N
WHE'REA5, the City of Clermont has heretof ore re-
tained the services of Hunnicutt & Associates, St. Peters-
burg, Florida, to assess all taxable property in the City
of Clermont; and desire their assessment records thereon
• brought to-date for the year of 1959 as per their letter
~ of riarch 27, 1959, hereto attached and made a part hereof ~
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, that said Hunnicutt ~ Associates do, at their
earliest convenience, bring the assessment records of this
city to-date for the taxing years of 1959, in accordance
with the terms and. conditions of their letter of March 27,
1959, which is herewith made a part of this Resolution as
if set forth herein in haec verba; and, that they be then
paid for their services but not in excess of the sum of
$1000.00.
