RESOLUTIONS N ° 5

WHEREAS, on August 7, 1962 the Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, adopted a Resolution for Street Improvements and
Special Assessment for clearing, grading, filling raising, paving, curbing
and draining:
MILLHOLLAND STREET, North of State Road 50 and South of
Almond Street,
~ and on August 10 and 17, 1962 published in the South Lake Press, a weekly
newspaper of general circulation published in Clermont, Florida, a Notice
of Hearing on Proposed Improvements & Levy of Special Assessments For
Same, and on August 8, 1962 mailed a copy of said Notice to a.ll record
owners and mortgagees and lien holders of the real property abutting the
above described street; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution and Notice the
Council sitting as an Equalizing Board held a hearing at 7:30 P. M. on
August 21, 1962 to hear and consider al.l complaints, there being none;
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, that al.l Special Assessments .levied and assessed by the Resolution
adopted August 7, 1962 against the various lots and parcels of real property
abutting: MILLHOLLAND STREET, North of State Road 50 and South of
Almond Street, Clermont, Florida, be and the same are hereby approved
and confirmed; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all special assessment liens as
originally levied shall be and remain valid, binding and subsisting liens against
each and every .lot and parcel of property in the respective amounts until same
are fully paid.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida at its adjourned Regular Meeting held on September 18, 1962.
