RESOLUTIONS
No . 502
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ESTABLISHING FEES AS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE AND THE ZONING
REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council
of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following
fees shall be established and collected:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Any person requesting a Conditional Use Permit, except a Planned
Unit Development, shall file an application and pay a fee of
twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per acre or any part thereof, with
a maximum fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
Any person requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit
Development shall file an application and pay a fee of seventy-five
dollars ($75.00) per acre or any part thereof, with a maximum fee
of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
REZONING
Any person requesting an amendment or change to the district zoning
boundaries shall file a request and pay a fee of fifty dollars
($50.00).
VARIANCE
Any person requesting a variance to the zoning regulations shall
file a petition and pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
SITE REVIEW
Any person requesting site plan review shall submit plans and pay
a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per acre or any part thereof,
with a maximum fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ABOVE SAID FEES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT ARE HEREBY ADOPTED.
