WHEREAS , the following described street in the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, and as represented on the OFFICLAL MAP of the City
of Clermont filed 2/4/26 and recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 to 23, inclus-
ive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida, is no .longer needed as a part
of the system of streets in said city, to-wit:
Fractional Drew Avenue lying North of the Northern
boundary of Pitt Street and South of the Southern
boundary of said Drew Avenue which circles Spring Lake.
WHEREAS, said fractional Drew Avenue has never been opened, im-
proved or used by the public, does not have any public utilities constructed
or located upon the right-of-way of said fractional Drew Avenue, hereinabove
described, and same should be abandoned, closed and vacated, and the prop-
erty lying within the right-of-way should revert to the and become the prop-
erty of the owners of the property adjoining and abutting thereto in equal
proportions; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that Notice be published for at least two (2) con-
secutive weeks notifying all concerned that the Counsel at a Regular Meet-
ing to be held on February 4, 1964, will consider the passage of an Ord-
inance forever abandoning, closing and vacating the above described frac-
tional Drew Avenue, reservation of the property in its right-of-way to the
owner or owners of adjoining and abutting property, and providing for other
matters relating thereto.

ing held on January 7, 1964.
