RESOLUTIONS
NO . 500
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTION 2, RESOLUTION NO. 495, WATER
CONNECTION FEE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont has deter-
mined that it is in the best interest of the City to make changes
in the fees for water connections.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida that;
Section l.
Effective Aùgust 9, 1985, the following is hereby repealed:
Section 2. Water Connection Fee, of Resolution No. 495
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
