Subdivision, and WHEREAS, the public notice offering the
property for sale to the highest bidder failed to include Lot
11, Block 125A, Sunset Park Subdivision, and
WHF~REAS, the South Lake Development Corporation was the high
bidder at an offer of ($3,500.00) three thousand five hundred
dollars, and WHEREAS, it was the understanding of each of the
bidders that they were bidding on Lots 10, 11 and fractional
Lots 8 and 9, Block 125A of Sunset Park Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, each of the bidders, Fred L. Wolfe, Martin P. Winther
and South Lake County Development Corporation, have certified
to the effect that it was their understanding and intent that
they were bidding on Lots 10, 11 and fractional Lots 8 and 9,
Block 125A of Sunset Park Subdivision and that their bids were
based accordingly, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Lots 10,
11 and fractional Lots 8 and 9, Block 125A of Sunset Park Sub-
division, be sold to South Lake County Development Corporation
for the high bid of $3,500.00) three thousand five hundred
dollars and that a deed be executed and delivered to them for
Lots 10, 11 and dractional Lots 8 and 9, Block 125A, Sunset
Fark Subdivision, Clermont, Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, at a Special Meeting held on April 14, 1964,
in Clermont, Florida.

This is to certify that when I
submitted a bid to the City of Clermont City Council
in the amount of ($3,000.00) three thousand dollars for
certain property in block 125A, Sunset Park subdivision,
Clermont, Florida, that it was my understanding that T
was making an offer on lots 10, 11 and fractional lots
8 and 9, Block 125A, south of state road "50" and the
amount of my bid was based on such understanding.
