RESOLUTION NO. 2018-21 R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING BUDGET
AMENDMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR FISCAL YEAR
2017-2018
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following budget amendments are necessary for the
Fiscal Year October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018:
GENERAL FUND
1. Increase Demolition (10515-54910) $ 20,000
To amend the Development Services budget to provide for the demolition
of an abandoned single family residence within the Kings Ridge
development that has completed the code, special magistrate and
abatement proceedings.
2. Decrease Fund Balance (10599-59900) $ 20,000
Total General Fund Adjustments.
WATER FUND
1. Increase Transfer to Sanitation Fund (41581-99116) $ 8,796
To amend the budget to provide for the replacement of a fuel dispenser and
monitoring system as approved by the City Council on June 12, 2018.
2. Decrease Fund Balance(41599-59900) $ 8,796
Total Water Fund Adjustments.
SEWER FUND
1. Increase Transfer to Sanitation Fund (42581-99116) $ 13,488
To amend the budget to provide for the replacement of a fuel dispenser and
monitoring system as approved by the City Council on June 12, 2018.
2. Decrease Fund Balance(42599-59900) $ 13,488
Total Sewer Fund Adjustments.

STORMWATER FUND
1. Increase Federal Grant LWCF Program (45331-33170-38122) $ 200,000
To amend the budget to reflect the federal pass-through grant agreement
with the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Land
and Water Conservation Fund in the amount of$200,000 for the Victory
Pointe Project as approved by the City Council on May 22, 2018.
2. Increase Transfer to Sanitation Fund (4558-99116) $ 3,519
To amend the budget to provide for the replacement of a fuel dispenser and
monitoring system as approved by the City Council on June 12, 2018.
3. Increase Fund Balance(45599-59900) $ 196,481
Total Stormwater Fund Adjustments.
SANITATION FUND
1. Increase Capital Outlay—Other Improvements (49534-66300) $ 58,644
Increase Transfer in from Water Fund (49381-38108) $ 8,796
Increase Transfer in from the Sewer Fund (49381-38110) $ 13,488
Increase Transfer in from Stormwater Fund (49381-38112) $ 3,519
To amend the budget to provide for the replacement of a fuel dispenser and
monitoring system as approved by the City Council on June 12, 2018.
2. Decrease Fund Balance(49599-59900) $ 32,841
Total Sanitation Fund Adjustments.
Net Increase to Fund Balance—All Funds $ 121,356
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above said budget amendments of
the City of Clermont for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 are hereby adopted.
