WHEREAS, A Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Clermont on April 30, 1964, authorizing the City Clerk
and/or Finance Officer to borrow from the Equipment Replacement
Fund an amount not exceed Eighteen Thousand 018,000.00) Dollars
for the purpose of paying the cost of materials used in the re-
building of a portion of Lake Shore Drive, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk and/or Finance Officer now advises the
City Council ghat it is possible to pay the cost of the
materials used for the rebuilding of Lake Shore Drive from the
current (1963-64) budget without creating a deficit, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED
That the City Clerk and/or Finance Officer of the City of Clermont
be authorized ~~o pay the cost of materials used in the rebuilding
of a portion~o~ Lake Shore Drive from the revenues received during
this fiscal year and that the Resolution adopted April 30, 1964
authorizing the borrowing of funds be repealed.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, at its Adjourned Meeting held on September 15,
1964, in Clermont, Florida.
