Location: Vacant property on the west side of US Highway 27,
south of Hunt Street and Bloxam Avenue(Alternate Key 3799279)
Applicant: Beeline Center,LLC.
Public Hearing Date: August 14,2018
The application was heard by the City Council for a conditional use permit to allow a self-storage
facility occupying more than 20,000 square feet of floor space in the C-2 General Commercial zoning
district,whereupon, the City Council,based on the information and evidence presented at the August 14,
2018 public hearing, does hereby find that the proposed and requested conditional use permit application
does not meet the review criteria set forth in Section 86-144 of the Land Development Code of the City
of Clermont.
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of Clermont,Lake County,Florida by
a 4- 0 vote does hereby deny the above-stated application for a conditional use permit.
DONE AND RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont,Lake County,Florida,this
14th day of August, 2018.
