A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF ALL MOBILE HOMES WITHIN THE CORPORATE CITY LIMITS.
WHEREAS, fee schedules for the installation of mobile homes
are necessary to" recover" the cost of inspections,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the fee schedule for the
installation of all mobile homes within the corporate limits
of the City of Clermont is hereby established as "follows:
1. All Mobile Homes, except Doublewides
$75.00
$100.00
2. DoublewideMobile Homes
The above fees includeqplumbing, electrical, mechanical, and
set-up inspections. Additions to mobile homes such as, but not
limited to, screen porches, utility sheds and rooms are subject
to the Regular Building Permit Fee Schedule. The above fee also
shall apply to the replacement of any mobile home on an existing
pad.
