PROVIDING FUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES TO BE RENDERED BY ADLEY
AND ASSOCIATES DOING COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING FOR THIS CITY.
WHEREAS, Adley and Associates have been engaged by the City Council
of the City of Clermont for the purpose of comprehensive planning for
the City of Clermont at a contract price of $8,300.00, and
WIIEREAS, the City of Clermont has provided in its reserves only
$2,500.00 for this purpose; thereby making it necessary that an
additional $5,800.00 be made available to cover the contract price,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont has included
in the 1965-66 operating budget the amount of $8.400.00 as un-
appropriated surplus, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk and/or Finance Officer be,
and hereby is, authorized to disburse such funds as may be necessary,
the same being $5,800.00, from the aforesaid unappropriated surplus
to aforesaid Adley and Associates according to their contract.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Clermont held on January 4, 1966.
