PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES AT THE
CITY OF CLERMONT SANITARY LAND FILL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont deems
that it will be in the best interest of all concerned that
certain installations and improvements be made at the City
of Clermont Sanitary Land Fill, and
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Clermont held on December ~, 1965, aforesaid City Council
did, by motion duly, made, seconded and unanimously carried,
authorize its City Manager to expend. funds in the amount not to
exceed Twelve Hundred ppllars ($1,200.00) for the purpose of
making installations and improvements at the City of Clermont
Sanitary Land Fill, and
WHEREAS, the 1965-66 operating budget of the City of Clermont
does not include funds for installations or improvements at the
City of Clermont Sanitary Land Fill, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk and/or Finance Officer
of the City of Clermont be, and hereby is, authorized to use
funds from the unappropriated surplus of the 1965-66 operating
budget in an amount not to exceed $1,200.00, and that such funds
be used for installations and improvements at the City of Clermont
Sanitary Land Fill.
