WHEREAS, one JERRY GERARD AND JEAN GERARD, his wife, have granted
by Warranty Deed to the City of Clermont, Florida, the following described
real property lying and being within the boundaries of the City of Clermont,
Florida, anal being more particularly described as:
The North 50 feet of the South 5S feet of Tract 1, amended
Plat of Oakhurst, Plat Book 10, Page 74, official records
of Lake County, Florida; said parcel hereinafter to be known
as part of Juniata Street, lying between Anderson Street and
Disston Street,
and,
WHEREAS, the said JERRY GERARD AND JEAN GERARD, his wife, are
desirous of dedicating said real property to the City of Clermont to be
used by said City for a public street, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has deemed it desirous to
accept such dedication;
TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Clermont k>y and through
the authority vested in its City Council does hereby accept such dedication
of such property to be used by said City as a public street, and be it
f urthe r
RESOLVED that upon construction and paving of said street according
to the specifications set forth in the Code of Ordinances of the City of.
Clermont and upon certification of same by the City Superintendent of
said City, that the City of Clermont shall accept such dedication and maintain
said street as one of its own henceforth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, endorse and approved sucYi Resolution as set forth
hereinabove.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, field on i4arch 15, 1966.
