A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING BUDGET
AMENDMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR FISCAL YEAR
2017-2018.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following budget amendments are necessary for the
Fiscal Year October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018:
GENERAL FUND
1. Increase Travel and Per Diem (10510-54001) $ 1,000
To amend the City Council budget for actual travel expenses.
2. Increase Training& Education (10510-55401) $ 500
To amend the City Council budget for additional training.
3. Increase Advertising (10519-54800) $ 13,571
To amend the General Government budget for increased ordinance
advertising costs.
4. Increase Other Current Charges (10519-54900) $ 7,297
To amend the General Government budget for closing costs related to the
sale of 865 W. Montrose Street, as approved by the City Council on
October 10, 2017.
5. Increase Security/Monitoring Services (10519-54912) $ 5,347
To amend the General Government budget for increased costs related to
City Hall security.
6. Increase EOC Equipment& Supplies Irma (10519-55221-99000) $ 5,453
To amend the General Government budget for costs incurred to operate the
emergency operations center during Hurricane Irma.
7. Increase Regular Salaries (10522-12100) $ 276,921
Increase Overtime(10522-12120) $ 256,563
To amend the Fire Department budget for increased salaries and overtime
costs.
8. Decrease Fund Balance(10599-59900) $ 566,652
Total General Fund Adjustments.

SANITATION FUND
1. Increase Construction & Debris Removal — Irma (49534-54312-99000) $ 76,224
To amend the budget to provide for the city cost for Hurricane Irma debris
removal and monitoring services paid to Lake County as approved by the
City Council on June 12, 2018.
2. Decrease Fund Balance (49599-59900) $ 76,224
Total Sanitation Fund Adjustments.
Net Decrease to Fund Balance—All Funds $ 642,876
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above said budget amendments of
the City of Clermont for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 are hereby adopted.
