RESOLOTION No. 72
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont is
of the opinion that the scheduling of two regular council
meetings each month will be in the best interest of the general
public as well as a contributing factor to a more efficient
city government, and
WHEREAS, aforesaid City Council is convinced that the
scheduling of their regular meetings on the second and fourth
Tuesday of each month will make it possible for the City of
Clermont Accounting Department to more thoroughly and accurately
process all accounts payable before presenting them to the City
Council for payment authorization, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that, beginning with the second Tuesday
in May, 1966, the City Council of the City of Clermont meet in
regular session on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month
and that unless advance notice so specifies the meetings shall
be called to order at 7:30 P. M.
