RESOLUTION No. 76
WHEREAS, r~Ir. Harold McIntosh, City Ptanager of the City of
Clermont, is absent from his duties and has apparently resigned.
from his position, and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Clermont provides that
in the absence of the City Manager the City Council shall appoint
an officer of the City of Clermont to perform his duties,
TFIEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED that A. Pi. Johnson, City Clerk ,
be appointed to assume t:ie duties of the City Manager on a
temporary basis.
ADOPTED at a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of
Clermont held on Wednesday, June 1, 1966.
