R-66-077• • RESOLUTIONS N RESOLUTION NO. 77 120 WHEREAS, Rosewood Drive, a duly platted stret running from Lake Shore Drive to Minnehaha Avenue in Indian Hills, a subdivision in the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, according to the Plat of the City of Clermont, was, on the 1st day of January, 1946, closed to the traveling public by Resolution of the then City Council of the City of Clermont, and WHEREAS, said Resolution expressly stated that this was a temporary closing and expressly reserved all rights-of-way to the City of Clermont and also expressly did not give any rights whatsoever to abutting property owners, and WHEREAS, said Resolution temporarily closed said Rosewood , Drive only until such time as the City Council of the :City of Clermont should deem it advisable and necessary to re0open said Rosewood Drive, and WHEREAS, it is the consensus of opinion of the City Council of the City of Clermont at this time that it is advisable and necessary to re-open said street to the traveling public, therefore be it RESOLVED that said Rosewood Drive, from Lake Shore Drive to Minnehaha Avenue, in the City of Clermont, be and the same is hereby opened to the traveling public and be it further RESOLVED that any encumberances, appurtenances and obstacles, be they real or personal, be removed from the rights- of-way of said Rosewood Drive and that upon proof or due notice to abutting property owners of the re-opening of said street, that said encumberances, appurtenances and obstacles be removed by the City of Clermont.
