R-83-440• CITY OF CLERMONT • RESOLUTIONS No. 440 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW LIGHT MANU- FACTURING IN A C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at its meeting held August 2, 1983 recommended the approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow light manufacturing in a C-2 General Commercial zone, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Condi- tional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION 1 The application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow g t manufacturing (a woodworking/cabinetmaking shop) at 770 We t Mon rose Street, also known as the West 17 feet of Lot 14 and th Eas 23 feet of Lot 16, Block 80, Clermont City Blocks, be gr e subject to the following conditions: 1. No future expansion of the use or ad ons h s fac- ility shall be permitted except as p ved y nother Conditional Use Permit. 2. All applicable rules and g la ns al e met, in- cluding sign regulations 3. This property may be ed onl for, etail sales and the manufacture of custo od ork'ng products.
