RESOLUTIONS

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ESTABLISHING FINES FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 236-C of the Municipal Code of Ordinances
provides for the establishment of fines for parking violations not
to exceed $100 plus Court costs;
WHEREAS, any person issued a parking ticket by the City of
Clermont shall be charged with a noncriminal violation and comply
with the directions on the ticket;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fines are
established for parking violations:
A. Violations for improper parking or other
parking violations shall be $5 per cita-
tion if paid within thirty-six hours.
B. Violations for improper parking or other
parking violations shall be $10 per cita-
tion if paid after thirty-six hours.
