RESOLUTIONS

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RE-
QUIRED TO'~PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION
GRANTS FOR WASTEWATER TREATP2ENT WORKS PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the waste treatment plant for the City of Clermont
is approaching its design capacity;
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont desires to expand the capacity
of its waste treatment system as rapidly as possible;
WHEREAS, the City desires to participate in the Construction
Grants Program for Wastewater Treatment Works as defined in Fed-
eral Catalog No. 66.418;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that the Mayor of the City of
Clermont is hereby authorized to execute all documents required
to apply for assistance from the Federal Construction Grants for
Wastewater Treatment Works Program.
