WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary by the City Council
of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, to obtain a more suit-
able access to the City property known as West Beach, located on Lake
Minneola and,
WHEREAS, an equitable solution teas been derived by exchanging
certain property with Watson Grove Service, Inc. of Clermont, Florida,
and,
WHEREAS, Section 38 of the Codified Charter of_ the City of
Clermont provides for the opening, alteration, etc. of streets and high-
ways within the City of Clermont, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of 'the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the following. described property, to-wit:
That part of I~linneola Lake Drive lying
between the easterly right-of-way line of
State P,oad 561 and the southerly right-of-way
line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad
be, and the same hereby is, forever closed and abandoned.
