R-83-431• CITY OF CLERMONT • RESOLUTIONS No. 431 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN 11,250 SQUARE FOOT STEEL STORAGE BUILDING . WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at its meeting held June 7, 1983 recommended the approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an 11,250 square foot steel storage building, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the gen- eral welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that; SECTION 1 The application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the con- struction of an 11,250 square foot steel building located at 1060 West Highway 50 on Lots 1 through 6, Block 125-A; Lots 14, 16, West 2 of 17, all of Lots 18 through 22, Block 111, Sunset Park be grant- ed subject to the following conditions: 1. The property must be developed in accordance with the ap- proved site plan. 2. If, at a future date, parking at this site proves inadequate, the applicant understands and agrees that the City may re- quire more parking or rescind this Conditional Use Permit. 3. No further expansion of the use or additions to this facility shall be permitted except as approved by another Conditional Use Permit. 4. All applicable rules and regulations shall be met, including final site plan approval, landscaping, parking, and sign regulations. 5. The final Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued until each of the stated conditions has been met. 6. This permit shall expire if construction has not begun within one year of the date of this Conditional Use Permit. 7. If any of the above conditions is violated, the applicant understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution. 8. Slats shall be woven through the chain link fence on the north, east, and south property lines to buffer outdoor storage from public view and r idential uses. C RLES B.
