R E S O L U T I O N 416
A Combined Reso]_ution by the City of Clermont and Minneola
and the County of Lake, Adding Road Number 561 from the
Urban Boundary of Clermont to SR 50 in Clermont to the
Federal Aid Urban System.
WHEREAS, The population of
Clermont has exceeded 5,000 persons and Clermont is now designated an Urban
Area, and;
WHEREAS, there are no
Federal Aid Secondary Systems within urban area, and;
WHEREAS, Road 561 from SR
33 to SR 50 in Clermont is presently identified as a Federal Aid Secondary
Road,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,
that the Cities of Clermont and Minneola and the County of Lake request the
approval of that portion of Road 561 that lies within the urban limits of
Clermont, that is, from the West Urban Limit at Lake Palatlakah to SR SO in
Clermont be assigned as a Federal Aid Urban Route.
