A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA ESTABLISHING THE TENTATIVE UTILITIES FUND
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1982-1983; AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DIS•
BURSEMENTS CONTAINED HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, The State Laws of the State of Florida require
the City of Clermont to adopt a tentative Budget. It is hereby
found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are
required for the water and sewer operations of the goverment
of said City for the Y~iscal Year of October 1,1982 to September
30, 1983.
WATER
REVENUES:
Water Sales $338,031
Tapping Fees 10,000
Hydrant Rental 5,000
Miscellaneous ~ Intrest 8,900
TOTAL $361,931
LESS: Expenditures 326,171
NET INCOME (LOSS) $ 35,760
SEWER
REVENUES:
Sewer Service $416,000
Connection Fees 1,800
Miscellaneous & Interest 16,900
TOTAL $434,700
LESS: Expenditures 438,322
NET INCOME (LOSS) $ (3,622)
WATER AND SEWER
NET INCOME (LOSS) $ 32,138
CHANGE IN CASH BALANCE $ 32,138
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ABOVE SAID
TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE UTILITIES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT
FOR THE 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR AND THE APPROPIATIONS THEREFORE
ARE HEREBY:ADOPTED.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
