A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ESTABLISHING THE UTILITIES FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF
CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982 - 1983; AUTHORIZING RE--•
CEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, Bond Resolutions of the City of Clermont require the City to
adopt a Utility Budget as least forty-five days before the end of the fiscal
year,
WHEREAS, the Budget must be adopted a second time in accordance with
Florida Statutes,
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are
required for the water and sewer operations of the government of said City
for the Fiscal Year of October 1, 1982 to September 30, 1983.
WATER

Water Sales $338,031
Tapping Fees 10,000
Hydrant Rental 5,000
Miscellaneous & Interest 8,900
TOTAL $361,931
LESS: Expenditures 326,171

SEWER

Connection Fees 1,800
