RESOLUTIONS

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A PERSONNEL POLICY FOR
THE CITY OF CLERMONT, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Policy of the City of Clermont is
necessary to establish regulations and policies for City Employees,
WHEREAS, the Personnel Policy establishes regulations for
employee conduct, recruitment and selection, wages and benefits,
payroll procedures, disciplinary action, grievance procedures,
holidays and vacations, sick leave and workers compensation,
absences and other leaves, employee education, use of City pro-
perty and safety, and personnel records.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Florida, that the attached Personnel Policy is hereby
adopted by the City of Clermont; effective October 1, 1982.
